What payment methods do MGX Store accept?
Megaxstore.com accepts the following forms of payment:
1. Visa and MasterCard via Paypal
2. Cryptocurrencies: MGX Tokens, Bitcoin Cash, Verge, Digibyte
3. Bank Transfer for Singapore customers only.
Why is a discount code not working?
If a discount code is not working, it might have expired or it might be a technical error. In any case, do contact us via email and our customer service officers will assist you.
As of December 2017, we have discontinued our first order discount code "MEGALOVE10". Do stay tuned for more discounts and exclusive offers by signing up for our newsletter!
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed and confirmed as we start working on your order as soon as it is placed. Sorry!
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as you place an order, we will send an email confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or double check that you have entered your email address properly. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact customer service.
How do I track my order?
We use a variety of trusted courier services to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and all shipping methods are fully trackable. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. Click on the tracking link and input your tracking number to follow the journey of your package. Please note that tracking information may be delayed for up to 24 hours from shipped date.
Can I request for my item(s) to be gift-wrapped?
We will be able to gift wrap orders upon request, but you will need to purchase your wrapping paper of choice here. When you are ready to make the order, do add an additional note at the cart page to inform us that you would like your order wrapped.
What qualifies as restricted merchandise?
We are unable to ship certain items outside of Singapore, including some large furniture, Beauty products and other select items. Restricted items are noted in the product details so please read them carefully if you are an International customer
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Local orders: Return or exchange of any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise at one of our Singapore store locations within 7 days of the order shipment date. Returns of defective merchandise will be issued a 1-for-1 exchange or a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns for any other reason made within 7 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an e-store credit of equivalent amount.
International orders: Return of any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 7 days of the order received date. (Please contact us within 7 days of order received date for a returns form). Returns will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer except for the return of defected goods. All return items must be brand new and in original packaging and tags.
Made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.
How do i return or exchange my order?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you on your returns.
Can I exchange my item if I am an international customer?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.

What delivery options do you offer?
These are the delivery options we offer at the moment:

Orders $70 and over will not be charged for Standard shipping. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the Singapore.
Please note: Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled on our end, you will receive an “Order Fulfilled” email with the tracking link and tracking number provided by the courier company. You can click on the link to be directed to the parcel-tracking site.
Why is my order not shipped yet? How long is it going to take?
We package and ship your order as soon as we can. However, all orders are subject to verification and checking before shipping and this may add 2-3 days to the waiting time. If for any reason your order has been delayed, the team will reach out via email. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, and on public holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, MGX Store cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. For international customers, your parcel may also be held at the destination country for inspection. We will do our best to keep you updated every step of the way on the location of your parcel.
Are there any shipping restrictions?

Which stores offer self-collection and how do I request for it?
We currently do not have any self-collection points for you to pick up your orders.
How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Pre-order or made-to-order items will take longer to be delivered to us from the merchant so please check the delivery window/period that is outlined in the product description page.
What is the referral about and how does it work?
For every first purchase made in MGX tokens by your referred friend, we will reward both of you with 5% of your total spending in MGX tokens. The transaction must be made with MGX tokens (Purchasing MGX tokens from us does not count as a transaction).
How to get your referral code:
1. Click the box at the right side that says “GET MGX FOR FREE”.
2. Login if you have an account with us, or create an account to join the referral
3. Click on “Refer friends” on the sidebar
4. Copy the referral link and send it to all your homies
Note: Your reward will only be clocked when the purchase made is via your referral link.
